Due to the growth of our business, Hashforest Technology LLC is in demand for the professional services of a Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will be responsible for the following duties:
Understand the company's vision and goals in the blockchain web3 space, developing plans to achieve them, integrating technology enhancements and operational improvements.
Oversee financial management, ensuring expenditures align with budgetary constraints and implementing cost-effective measures within the blockchain context.
Foster relationships with blockchain industry stakeholders, investors, customers, and partners, maintaining open communication channels to address concerns and capitalize on opportunities within the web3 ecosystem.
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within the blockchain context, implementing efficient systems and procedures to maximize productivity.
Regularly evaluate internal and external technology operations and processes within the blockchain web3 landscape, implementing strategies for enhanced efficiency and innovation.
Foster collaboration among teams to drive blockchain and web3 initiatives forward, utilizing effective project management techniques tailored to the decentralized nature of web3.
Establish clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of critical initiatives within the blockchain web3 space, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving industry.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in information management or related field;
24 months operation management experience in the technology industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or Tableau;
Excellent communication skills in both business and technical discussions.
Annual salary $80,621.00
