This fast-growth, global brand in the fashion/accessories space has carved out a niche by focusing on sustainable ad stylish designs.
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take them to the next level - honing a strategy and implementation plan that will support their business plans and priorities over the next 5 years.
You will be responsible for the 360 marketing strategy, budgets and team leadership across D2C and B2B/Wholesale channels.
You will be expected to lead on customer engagement communication from the creation of customer journeys and elite client campaigns through to ideas that differentiate the brand in a competitive category.
The successful candidate needs to be able to lead from the front as well as roll their sleeves up, get stuck in and do the doing!
The Role
- Team leadership & growth.
- Leading the creation, development and implementation of all marketing strategies across all channels (B2C & B2B).
- Confident is strategising across all areas of Marketing: Ecommerce, CRM, SEO, Paid Social, Paid Search, CX, content, Creative & Brand campaigns.
- Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets.
- Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.
- Lead the development of customer journeys utilising data.
- Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies.
- Routinely sharing strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team.
The Person
- Extensive senior level 360 Marketing leadership role ideally within the fashion/accessories/D2C/e-commerce space (mid-market).
- Experience in a founder-led or start-up brand would be a benefit.
- Ability to lead on both brand and performance & growth marketing strategies.
- Able to grow and develop an existing team of highly successful marketing specialists.
- A creative storyteller with an eye for design.
- Ability to communicate and influence marketing strategies across the wider business.
